AuctionLand is not an auctioneer — it consolidates public listings so buyers and investors can search the market without visiting dozens of websites.

AuctionLand is for UK property buyers and investors browsing auction lots. Free accounts can search all upcoming listings, save properties and set weekly email alerts. Paid subscribers get early access to listings (48-hour head start), direct auction house URLs and more frequent email alerts.

Plan labels describe intended use: Pro for "serious investors" looking to track multiple counties. These are usage examples, not customer outcome claims.

Listings are collected from auction house websites by automated scrapers once a day at 07:00 UK time. The catalogue is rebuilt daily as new lots are added and sold properties are removed. All auction details should be verified directly with the relevant auctioneer — AuctionLand shows what was published on the source website at the time of the last scrape.

Bidding happens with the auctioneer, not on AuctionLand. The site provides links to legal packs, viewing details and bidding platforms where available.

The property search supports filters for county, city, property type (house, flat, land, commercial), bedrooms, price range and auction date. Browse pages are organised by county and city, with individual auction house pages showing all lots from that auctioneer. A guide library covers buying at auction, legal packs and bridging finance.

Registered users can save properties, create saved searches, view their browsing history, add properties to a watchlist and write notes. Email alerts notify users when properties matching saved searches go to auction. Alert frequencies are weekly (Free), daily (Basic), priority (Pro) or instant (Unlimited).

Free accounts can view all upcoming listings in full after a 48-hour early-access window, save 10 properties, create 1 saved search and receive weekly digest emails.
