AuctionLand is a UK property auction search site that collects upcoming lots from auction house websites into one searchable catalogue.

What we do

We aggregate property auction listings from auction house websites across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Our automated scrapers collect listings once a day at 07:00 UK time, building a single searchable catalogue that saves buyers and investors from visiting dozens of individual websites.

What we are not

AuctionLand is not an auctioneer. We do not run auctions, manage bids, prepare legal packs, or handle contracts. All auction activities — bidding, viewings, legal documentation and completion — are managed by the individual auction houses whose listings appear on our site.

Data accuracy

Listings are collected from public auction house websites. We show what was published on the source website at the time of the last scrape. Property details, auction dates, legal pack links and viewing arrangements can change.

Important: All auction details should be verified directly with the relevant auctioneer before making decisions or commitments. AuctionLand provides listing aggregation only.
