AuctionLand is not an auctioneer. We collect public listings from auction house websites for search and discovery. All auction details, legal packs, viewing arrangements and bidding instructions should be verified directly with the relevant auction house. Listings reflect what was published on the source website at the time of the last scrape.

How data collection works
Automated scraping: Our scrapers visit auction house websites once per day at 07:00 UK time, collecting property listings, images, auction dates and legal pack links where available.
Quality filters: Only listings with a full address and at least one image are shown in search results. This ensures a minimum quality standard across the catalogue.
Updates and removals: Properties are automatically removed from the catalogue when they are marked as sold or withdrawn on the source website, or when the auction date has passed.
Adding sources: We continuously work to add more auction house sources. Integration depends on website structure and data availability. If you're an auction house interested in having your listings included, get in touch.
